Crammond Automotive Specialities is a small, family owned business. We focus on providing excellent service, repairs and inspections at a reasonable cost. We are a by appointment shop booking no more than two vehicles at a time, as work is performed around our other professional commitments.
Crammond Automotive Specialities was founded August 1998 by Thomas Charles (T.C.) Lawrence and Donna Lawrence as a European Car Broker Specializing in unique, low production marques. Tom collected English cars, and his son Scott grew up with a familiarity of British Marques such as Bentley, Daimler, Jaguar, Humber, and Land-Rover.
Scott Lawrence, co-owner and mechanic of Crammond Automotive Specialities is a Journeyman Automotive Service Technician with both Red Seal (inter-provincial) and Blue Seal (trades management) certifications. After beginning his apprenticeship in one of Edmonton's independent European car repair shops, he moved into the role of shop manager. Later, he chose to become an automotive teacher to share his passion for automobiles. He has taught for over eighteen years serving as automotive teacher, trade counsellor, and dual credit coordinator at both high school (secondary) and post-secondary levels. Scott holds Bachelors degrees in both History (B.A.) and Education (B.Ed) and is currently completing a Masters in Educational Leadership (M.Ed).
Tasha Lawrence, co-owner and parts person of Crammond Automotive Specialities is a Journeyman Parts Technician who also has her inter-provincial Red Seal. Her experience ranges from local "jobber" parts suppliers to small specialist shops and large volume dealers. Tasha has a unique ability to find even the most difficult and rare parts,often calling as far as Belgium, England, and Italy to find rare "one of one" parts.
